Optus data breach
To protect blue card applicants' and card holders’ information, we will be asking additional security questions. Thank you for your understanding.
If you’re affected by the Optus data breach you can:
- visit the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) to request a new driver licence
- ask TMR to take a new photo while you’re there (only if renewing or applying for a new blue card)
- contact us once you have been issued with a new driver licence.

Office closure and scheduled maintenance
Online services scheduled maintenance
The online applicant portal and Organisation Portal will be unavailable from 8am on Friday 2 December until midday on Saturday 3 December 2022 due to scheduled maintenance.
Our office will also be closed from 8am on Friday 2 December and will reopen at 8.30am on Monday 5 December 2022.
If you require an NDIS disability worker screening clearance (yellow card) and a blue card, you must apply through Disability Services.
