Update your organisation's blue card details
You need to let us know if there are any changes to your organisation’s details so we can get in touch with you quickly when necessary.
You can update your organisation’s details via the Organisation Portal or using a paper form.
You can also update the details of the person within your organisation who is responsible for blue cards by completing the online form on this page.
Update your organisation's details
Using the Organisation Portal
Organisations using the Organisation Portal can update their information online via the portal.
If your organisation’s name changes, please email email@example.com to make this change.
If you need to update the representative who receives mailed correspondence from us, or update the current representative’s details, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the below information:
- organisation ID
- first name
- last name
- mailing address for correspondence
- phone number
- mail address.
Using the paper form
If your organisation doesn’t have access to the Organisation Portal, you can complete the Update organisation details form (PDF) to let us know about any changes to the organisation’s name, address, contact details, or authorised contacts (including when a contact person changes their name).
Update your blue card contact person's details
You can also update the contact details for the person within your organisation who is responsible for blue cards by completing the online form below.
