Due to high call volumes, our contact centre is currently experiencing longer than usual wait times. We are also receiving a high volume of emails, which may result in delays in our response times.

Online Services scheduled maintenance
The online applicant portal and organisation portal will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance between 2pm and 8pm, Wednesday 1 April 2026. Services will resume after this time. Thank you for your patience.
