Understanding your 2024 land valuation
In September 2023 the Valuer-General announced the following Queensland local government areas will be included in the 2024 Property Revaluation Program.
Expert valuers from the State Valuation Service will be collating on-the-ground information, as well as conducting desktop assessments and research on property sales since the last valuation. Valuation notices will be issued by 31 March 2024 in the local government areas that are included in the 2024 program.

The valuations will reflect land values at 1 October 2023, and are effective from 30 June 2024.
