Change how you receive your land valuation
You will need your property ID number to use this form. Your property ID number is found at the top of your land valuation notice or by using the Find your land valuation search.
You can use this form to:
- subscribe to receive your land valuation notice by email
- update your email address
- update your postal address.
Landowners must advise the Valuer-General within one month after any address or property ownership change.
Unit and duplex owners
Unit and duplex owners within community titles schemes cannot use this form to change their contact details. If you need a copy of your valuation notice, you should contact your body corporate.
Body corporates should call 13 QGOV (13 74 68) or contact their nearest business centre to update the address for valuation notices.
