Land valuations in 2027

On 5 August 2026 the Valuer-General announced the following Queensland local government areas (LGAs) will be included in the 2027 land valuation program:

  • Barcaldine Regional Council
  • Blackall-Tambo Regional Council
  • Boulia Shire Council
  • Burke Shire Council
  • Carpentaria Shire Council
  • Cloncurry Shire Council
  • Croydon Shire Council
  • Flinders Shire Council
  • Gympie Regional Council
  • Livingstone Shire Council
  • Logan City Council
  • Mackay Regional Council
  • McKinlay Shire Council
  • City of Moreton Bay
  • Mount Isa City Council
  • Richmond Shire Council
  • Somerset Regional Council
  • Southern Downs Regional Council
  • Toowoomba Regional Council.

Over the coming months, expert valuers from the State Valuation Service will collate on-the-ground information and conduct desktop assessments and research on property sales since the last valuation of these LGAs.

The valuations will reflect land values on 1 October 2026, and are effective from 30 June 2027.

You can receive your land valuation on the day of issue when you register to receive your land valuation notice by email.
