Licence application

  Form 1 – Introduction Agents Act 2001

  Apply for a licence as an introduction agent.

  Fees:

  • $806.00 for 1 year
  • $1,439.00 for 2 years
  • $2,168.00 for 3 years
  • Criminal history check of $39.45.

• Reprint your licence

  You can apply online or you can contact us by writing a letter or email as soon as you notice that your licence is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

  Fees:

  • $81.85 per reprint

Mutual recognition

• Application for mutual recognition of introduction agent licence (PDF, 448KB)

  Form 2 – Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Act 1992; Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Queensland) Act 2003

  Fill out this form if you have an interstate or New Zealand licence as an introduction agent and want to transfer to a Queensland licence.

  Fees:

  • $806.00 for 1 year
  • $1,439.00 for 2 years
  • $2,168.00 for 3 years
  • Criminal history check of $39.45.
