Information for clubs

Important dates

Round 10

  • Round 10 is now open for voucher applications.
  • Round 10 will close when all available vouchers are issued. If the voucher allocation is not reached the round will close on 27 September 2017.
  • Vouchers must be presented to a registered club by 13 November 2017.
  • Clubs must redeem vouchers online by 27 November 2017.

Register your club or redeem a Get Started Voucher

Before you register your club, update your club’s details or redeem a voucher you will need to answer the questions below. Answer all questions honestly and follow any instructions provided.

  1. Are you the manager of, or responsible/contact person for, your club?
  2. Which of the following do you wish to do?
  3. Is your club already listed on the club locator (new window)?
  4. Are you affiliated with a state level organisation (new window)?
  5. You must be a Queensland incorporated not-for-profit sport and recreation club, satisfy additional criteria (new window) and provide a copy of the club’s insurance for the activities the club provides.

  6. Are you using a compatible internet browser (new window)?
  7. Do you have a QGrants login?

  10. Is your club already listed on the club locator (new window)?
  11. Are you the registered contact person? You can check this by logging into QGrants (new window), clicking on ‘Accounts’ and checking that there is an account listed for your club and you are listed as the responsible person.
  12. Have you read the terms and conditions (new window) outlining what vouchers may be used for? Vouchers may be used to help pay for club membership and/or participation fees. The club can only redeem the voucher for the normal membership and/or participation fee charged for any child or young person wishing to become a member.   13. Are you using a compatible internet browser (new window)?
  14. Do you have a signed copy of the voucher and your club’s bank details?
  15. Is your club already listed on the club locator (new window)?
  16. Do you have a personal QGrants login?
  17. Are you the registered contact person? You can check this by logging into QGrants (new window), clicking on ‘Accounts’ and checking that there is an account listed for your club and you are listed as the responsible person.
