  • Round 12 is now closed for voucher applications.
  • Vouchers must be presented to a registered club by 16 November 2018.
  • Clubs must redeem Round 12 vouchers online by 30 November 2018. Vouchers are not redeemable after this date.
  • Applications for Round 13 will open early 2019.

Register your club or redeem a Get Started Voucher

Before you register your club, update your club’s details or redeem a voucher you will need to answer the questions below. There are helpful hints provided with each answer to assist you. Note: this information is not for parents.

If you are a parent looking for a voucher please review the parent’s page.

  1. Which of the following do you wish to do?
  2. Is your club already listed on the club locator (new window)?
  3. Are you affiliated with a state level organisation (new window)?
  4. You must be a Queensland incorporated not-for-profit sport and recreation club, satisfy additional criteria (new window) and provide a copy of the club’s insurance for the activities the club provides.

  5. Are you using a compatible internet browser (new window)?
  6. Do you have a QGrants login?

  9. Is your club already listed on the club locator (new window)?
  10. Are you the person registered as the contact person in the QGrants system? This is the club contact responsible for redeeming vouchers, and has a personal QGrants account linked to the registered club account. You can check this by logging into QGrants (new window), clicking on ‘Accounts’ and checking that there is an account listed for your club and you are listed as the responsible person. If you do not have an account, you will need to set up a QGrants (new window) account first.
  11. Have you read the terms and conditions (new window) outlining what vouchers may be used for? Vouchers may be used to help pay for club membership and/or participation fees. The club can only redeem the voucher for the normal membership and/or participation fee charged for any child or young person wishing to become a member.   13. Do you have a signed copy of the voucher and your club’s bank details?
  14. Is your club already listed on the club locator (new window)?
  15. Do you have a personal QGrants login?
  16. Are you the person registered as the contact person in the QGrants system? This is the club contact responsible for redeeming vouchers, and has a personal QGrants account linked to the registered club account.
