Fair Work Ombudsman	Deals with pay, leave, employment conditions, awards and workplace laws. Get help for a workplace issue.
Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC)	Has oversight of wage recovery, industrial disputes, unfair dismissals, awards and agreements, public sector and workers’ compensation appeals, anti-discrimination complaints, trading hours, work, health and safety disputes, and long service leave payments. Commission staff can't provide legal advice. Contact the QIRC.
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ)	Regulates workplace health and safety, including the safety of amusement rides and industrial and construction equipment. Notify WSHQ of an incident.
