Update your introduction agent licence
If your details change, you must update your licence. You must report any changes to us within 30 days.
If we need to reprint your licence to include the changed details, you will need to pay a fee per reprint.
Individuals
Your address
You will need to tell us if you change an address. This might be:
- your personal residence
- your postal address
- any place of business.
To notify us of a change of personal or postal address, you will need to fill out a change of address form.

- changing your principal place of business
- opening, closing or moving any other place of business.

Other changes
You must contact us in writing if you:
- change your name (include a certified copy of the official document that registered the change)
- are charged with or convicted of a disqualifying offence.
Please include your name (as it appears on your licence) and licence number.
Companies
The following information only applies to corporate licence holders.
Australian Company Number (ACN)
If you change your ACN, you must apply for a new licence.
Postal address
To notify us of a new postal address, you will need to fill out a change of address form.

Places of business
You will need to fill out a change of business details form to notify us that you're:
- changing your principal place of business
- opening, closing or moving any other place of business.

All other changes
You must contact us in writing if you change your:
- trading name
- business name
- officer bearers.
You must also contact us in writing if you are charged with or convicted of a disqualifying offence.
This includes any charges or convictions against:
- the firm itself
- any partner or office holder.
