Portable customer service units

We operate several portable customer service units in rural and remote areas of Queensland to provide greater access to our services.

You can find the nearest portable unit by region:

• Central Queensland
• Southern Queensland
• South East Queensland

At the portable customer service units, you can:

• access driver licensing and vehicle registration services for cars, motorbikes, heavy vehicles and recreational vehicles and recreational vessels such as boats
• apply for a photo identification card
• pay a fine
• access industry licensing services
• ask questions about department services.

Please make sure you have the correct evidence of identity. You can find the relevant forms, information on licence fees or receive a quote for registration fees on our website. Our portable units accept EFTPOS payments only.
