Cleveland Customer Service Centre will be closed from Monday 25 December 2023 to Wednesday 27 December 2023, reopening Thursday 28 December 2023. Also closing Monday 1 January 2024. Alternatively, there are a range of online services available.

- pre-registration inspections for heavy vehicles and heavy trailers (4.5 tonne GVM and over).
Appointments are available for some services at this centre. You can book an appointment online or in-person. You can also use the link sent in the booking confirmation email to change or cancel an existing appointment. Appointments are required for all pre-registration inspections of trailers (under 4.5 tonne ATM).
