At the same time, you can lodge these applications for permission to use certain names:

• For permission to not have to use 'Incorporated' or 'Inc.' in your name, fill out the application for an exemption (Form 2).
• For permission to use a name that doesn't comply with other usual requirements, fill out the application for approval (Form 3).
