You can update your details on an application for financial assistance.

You can use this service to update your contact and bank account details on an application through Victim Assist Queensland.
You must submit your update by email, telephone or post.

What you should know
If your contact details or banking details change, you must let us know. This includes your:
- full name
- phone number
- email address
- postal address
- bank account including:
- the name on the account
- BSB number
- account number
Who can use this service
You can use this service if:
- you have applied for financial assistance with Victim Assist Queensland.
Don't use this service if:
- you have not applied for financial assistance or recovery expenses with Victim Assist Queensland.
How to update information on an application
Choose what you would like to update and follow the steps.
You can update your contact details by phone, email or post.
By phone

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:30pm, except public holidays.
By email

Include your application number or submission ID in the subject line of your email.
By post

Step 1: Download the form

Step 2: Complete the form
You must complete the form electronically to make sure it is readable.
The form must be signed by you.
Step 3: Submit the form
Submit your completed form either by email or post.

Step 4: Receive confirmation
If you email your form, you will get a confirmation email once it is received.
How long it takes
It can take some time before Victim Assist Queensland is able to update your details.
How much it costs
There is no cost to update your details on an application.
