Special group account creation

If you are a Commercial Tour Operator (CTO) or an Educational Group and have not previously registered for a special account, please read the eligibility information below and complete your application as required.

If you are not eligible for a special account, you can go directly to the National Parks Booking Service and make a booking without needing to create an account beforehand. A system-generated account will be created for you once your booking is finalised.

Commercial Tour Operator and Educational Group registration request

Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) permits certain customers to request a special account. To view what supporting documentation may be required to confirm eligibility for a special account, select one of the options below.

Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service aims to complete all assessments within 5 business days.

If approved, you will be able to log in and book permit/s for the desired location. Payment by credit card or gift card at the time of booking is required. Standard modification and refund conditions apply.
