Designated Business and Community Precincts

The new Designated Business and Community Precincts will operate similar to existing Safe Night Precincts, expanding proven approaches beyond nightlife areas into key business and community locations, such as CBDs.

These new precincts will give police the powers they need to move on troublemakers, ban repeat offenders and restore safety in the heart of towns across regional Queensland.
