Fill out the Application to appoint a substitute licensee (Form 11) form to apply to:

  • appoint a substitute licensee to work for more than 30 days
  • extend a substitute licensee's period of appointment.

This is a requirement of the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014.
