Appoint a motor dealer

Fill out the Appointment of a motor dealer or chattel auctioneer form (Form 9) to appoint a motor dealer to sell a vehicle on consignment.

A completed and signed copy of this form must be given to the client before the vehicle is sold.

This is a requirement of the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014.
