Advise us of a change of status

You will need to tell us if the Australian Government grants you the status of:

  • a venture capital limited partnership (VCLP)
  • an early stage venture capital limited partnership (ESVCLP)
  • an Australian venture capital fund of funds (AFOF).

You will also need to tell us if your ILP starts operating as a venture capital management partnership (VCMP).
