About this program
As a New Graduate Physiotherapist, you'll have the opportunity to build your clinical skills across a variety of practice areas while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You'll develop confidence through structured supervision, professional development and hands-on experience by:
- delivering physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning across a range of clinical areas
- managing an allocated caseload while developing clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- working collaboratively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes
- contributing to quality improvement, research and service development initiatives
- supporting the education of students and allied health assistants under senior clinician guidance.
Who we are looking for
We're looking for a motivated graduate who is passionate about delivering patient-centred care and eager to continue developing professionally. You will demonstrate:
- Eligibility for AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist before commencement.
- Completion (or expected completion) of an approved Physiotherapy degree during 2026.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for improving patient outcomes and delivering compassionate care.
Program eligibility
You are eligible to apply if you:
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist before program commencement.
- have a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a discipline listed above
- are an Australian or New Zealand citizen
- are an Australian permanent resident
- have a visa with unrestricted working rights under Australian immigration law.

You are eligible to apply if you:

- have obtained overseas qualification recognition if your received your degree outside of Australia.
