Update your organisation's blue card details

You must let us know if your organisation’s details change so we can contact you when needed.

Keeping your organisation's details up to date is one of your responsibilities under the blue card system. Read about your blue card obligations for organisations.

This includes changes to your organisation’s:

  • name
  • address
  • contact details
  • authorised contacts, including when a contact person changes their name.

You can update your organisation’s details, including your contact person, by completing this online form. If you cannot use this online form, you can complete the paper Update organisation details form and send it to us.

This form must be completed by an authorised representative of your organisation. Before submitting this form, the CEO’s declaration must be agreed to.

In this form:

  • a contact person receives correspondence about blue or exemption card applications, including outcome notifications
  • a telephone contact can contact us on behalf of the contact person but does not receive correspondence or outcome notifications.
