Contact Blue Card Services

The Department of Justice (DoJ) collects your personal information when you contact Blue Card Services.

We collect your:

• name, date of birth and place of birth
• phone number, email address and postal address
• blue card number, customer reference number, card type and application details
• organisation or business name
• details about your work or activities with children
• details of your enquiry and any information you include in free text fields
• technical or system information you choose to provide
• information of concern, including details about people, incidents and reports to authorities
• declarations and confirmations provided as part of your enquiry.

We use this information to:

• respond to your enquiry
• confirm your identity when needed
• provide advice and assistance about applications, online services, eligibility, organisational processes, forms, payments, feedback and reporting concerns.

We will only use or share your personal information if Australian law, or a court or tribunal order, allows or requires us to.
