Payment Privacy

The Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB, we, us, our) collects the information on this form (cardholder name and email address) for the purpose of processing the payment securely and fraud reduction. We will also use this information for any transaction related communication with you.

Without this information, your issuing bank may not authorise the payment or require you to complete additional verification to authorise the payment.

We will disclose the information you provide to our payment processor (Commonwealth Bank BPOINT) and your issuing bank for the above purposes. We will not otherwise disclose this information to a third party without your agreement, except in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 and other relevant privacy laws.
