Application for a temporary emissions licence

This approved form is to be used by an approval holder to apply for a temporary emissions license (TEL) under s.357B of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 (EP Act).
Important note
Due to the 24-hour time frame for deciding a TEL, the Department of Environment, Science and Innovation’s (DESI’s) normal application process is not followed for a TEL application. A TEL application must not be submitted without first discussing lodgement with DESI staff. If a TEL application is submitted after hours, the application will not be regarded as received until the the next business day.

Your information will not be given to any other person or agency unless you have given us permission or we are authorised or required by law.
All information supplied on this form may be disclosed publicly in accordance with the Right to Information Act 2009 and Evidence Act 1977.
