Building or memorial plaques

To ensure compliance with Queensland Government guidelines, all signage artwork must be reviewed and approved by the Office for Veterans prior to installation.

If your project involves major or minor capital works or the establishment of a memorial, it is mandatory to acknowledge the Queensland Government's funding support on signage or a plaque, as specified in your Letter of Agreement. The permanent plaque or sign should be prominently displayed near the building or memorial site.

Signage artwork approvals can be submitted via your milestone progress report in SmartyGrants or emailed directly to the Office for Veterans team at queenslandremembers@premiers.qld.gov.au.

Please allow a minimum of five business days for approvals to be processed.

Please note that documentation and photos of all signage must be provided in the final milestone report to ensure receipt of your final payment.
