Electoral districts

‘District’ refers to an electorate within the State of Queensland.
Each electoral district is represented by a single member in Parliament.
Queensland is divided into 93 state electoral districts—electoral district boundaries change every 8 years on average.

Find your electoral district

Visit the Electoral Commission Queensland to find or download a map or search by address.
- You can download and print the following maps for free:
  - current local government boundary maps and state electoral boundary maps
  - historical cadastral maps showing parishes, counties and land areas through the Open Data Portal.
Buy a map.
- Digital GIS data of electoral boundaries (supplied with a licence) is available for download.
