Youth Week Open Day at Maryborough Neighbourhood Centre

Come along for a fun, free day out and discover what’s on offer for young people aged 12–25! Enjoy a sausage sizzle, music, games and a live cooking demo while connecting with local youth programs and supports.

Bay Beats

Pull up to Bay Beats for an afternoon at the Hervey Bay Pump Track with music, prizes and plenty of action, hosted with Backbone BMX. Bring your skateboard, scooter, BMX, rollerblades or skates and ride under the beats. DJ Nixon will be live, a sausage sizzle and casual comps running across the afternoon. Whether you’re there to send it, cruise with mates or just hang out, it’s a free Youth Week event open to all skill levels. No bookings required - If you’d like to enter the competition, simply register on the day.

Park Vibe at Crow's Nest

QLD Youth Week is coming to Crows Nest!Youth Connect are bringing the ParkVibe celebrations to Crows Nest for young people aged 12–25, and it's shaping up to be a big afternoon of fun.

Join them for music, Laser Tag, Archery Attack, outdoor art workshops, and free food, all happening at Skelly Park on Wednesday. Grab your friends, soak up the good vibes, and celebrate QLD Youth Week with an action‑packed afternoon designed just for young people.

2026 Youth Matters Conference: F.L.I.P

Presented by Multicultural Youth Queensland (MYQ) the conference will provide a youth-led space to share ideas, showcase projects and shape inclusive futures. Do you have an idea or project that supports young people? Or want to learn from others creating change in their communities? The Youth Matters Conference brings multicultural young people together to share lived experience, explore issues that matter, and turn ideas into action. Through project showcases, conversations and interactive sessions, you’ll connect with other young leaders, discover grassroots initiatives, and find new ways to collaborate and grow your impact.

Location: Queensland Multicultural Centre (QMC), Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.

Date & Time: Friday 17 April, 9am – 4:30pm.
