QLD Youth Week is coming to Cecil Plains! Youth Connect are bringing the ParkVibe celebrations to Cecil Plains for young people aged 12–25, and it's shaping up to be a big afternoon of fun.

Red Cross will be participating in the Youthfest event providing emergency preparedness information to predominantly school aged children 8 -25.

Join us for a night of epic challenges, teamwork, culture, and connection.Whether you’re bringing a team or flying solo, expect a night packed with high-energy games, music, laughs, and prizes.

Arcade Fun

Ready to press start? We’re taking over with retro vibes at 8-Bit Bar! If you’re 12-25 years, you’ll score 5 FREE game tokens to celebrate Youth Week. Race your mates on Mario Kart or battle it out arcade-style on Mortal Kombat, then grab the mic and belt out your fav tunes with karaoke energy turned all the way up. Button-mashing chaos. Off-key confidence. High score bragging rights. Main-character energy. Grab your crew, pick your player, make it loud and let’s run it back. Game on!

Barefoot Bowls

Roll up and give lawn bowls a go at Urangan Bowls Club! Whether you’re a future pro or just in it for the laughs, this is your chance to try something different, hang with mates and enjoy some friendly competition. We’ll keep you fuelled with a classic sausage sizzle and icy Zooper Doopers - because every great athlete needs top-tier snacks.

Howard Laser Skirmish

Challenge your mates at Laser Skirmish in Howard for an action-packed, free morning of outdoor fun. Meet at Howard State School, 108 William Street, at 9:30am for registration and a safety briefing - look for the FCRC marquee! Participants must wear closed-in shoes (no crocs) and sensible clothing suitable for a two-hour session. A free sausage sizzle lunch will be provided!

Youth Week Open Day at Maryborough Neighbourhood Centre

Come along for a fun, free day out and discover what’s on offer for young people aged 12–25! Enjoy a sausage sizzle, music, games and a live cooking demo while connecting with local youth programs and supports.

Logan Youth Shine

Logan Youth Shine event is a free community celebration for young people, packed with fun, connection and creativity. Enjoy live entertainment including special performances by DJ Trent, Yo Fitzy and Bede, along with games, giveaways, food, drinks, stalls and sports activities such as UBall!

Come along to hang out, get involved, and shine with your community at Rowan Park, Slacks Creek.

Bay Beats

Pull up to Bay Beats for an afternoon at the Hervey Bay Pump Track with music, prizes and plenty of action, hosted with Backbone BMX. Bring your skateboard, scooter, BMX, rollerblades or skates and ride under the beats. DJ Nixon will be live, a sausage sizzle and casual comps running across the afternoon. Whether you’re there to send it, cruise with mates or just hang out, it’s a free Youth Week event open to all skill levels. No bookings required - If you’d like to enter the competition, simply register on the day.
