About

Unlock your creativity and learn how to capture the world through your own lens!

This hands-on 3‑hour photography workshop is designed for young people aged 12–25 who want to level up their photo‑taking skills. Across the session, you’ll explore:

📸 How to take a great photo – what actually makes an image stand out
🔧 Camera settings – understanding exposure, focus, shutter speed, ISO, and more (in simple, practical ways!)
🎯 Framing & composition – using angles, depth, and visual storytelling to make your photos pop
🌟 Practical tips & guided practice – get hands-on experience with support from an experienced photographer

By the end, you’ll feel confident using your camera, experimenting with creative techniques, and capturing shots you’re proud to share. Perfect for beginners, aspiring content creators, or anyone who loves expressing themselves visually.

You are required to bring your own camera or device to participate in the workshop. Selected photos will then be part of the Photos through Your Eyes exhibition at the Rosalie Art Gallery.
