Helensvale Customer Service Centre will be closed from Monday 25 December 2023 to Wednesday 27 December 2023, reopening Thursday 28 December 2023. Also closing Monday 1 January 2024. Alternatively, there are a range of online services available.

- pre-registration inspections for vehicles over 4.5 tonne, all trailers and caravans. Inspections for these vehicle types are available at the Southport Customer Service Centre.
