Register as a Play On! Sports Vouchers referral agent

When a funding round is open, you can register as a referral agent to help families access Play On! Sports Vouchers of up to $200 to put towards sporting memberships, registration or participation fees.

Eligibility

Check if you’re eligible to be a Play On! Sports Vouchers referral agent.

As a Play On! Sports Vouchers referral agent, you must:

  • only refer a child/young person that you have known in your professional capacity
  • agree not to refer immediate family
  • agree not to specify which activity provider the voucher should or must be redeemed with
  • be aware of the privacy collection notice.

Registration

You need to register and be approved in the Enquire system before you can begin assisting families.

How to register in Enquire

Follow the steps to register.

  1. If you’re eligible, you can register an account using your official work email.
  1. Register to login.
  1. Complete your user profile and read the privacy statement.
  1. Follow the steps and click save.
  1. If you are directed to the voucher application page, go to apply for a voucher; or if you are on the 'Select Account Type' screen, click ‘Register’ under 'Individual Account' and follow the next steps:
    1. Click ‘Apply’ next to register as a referral agent.
    2. Open and read the privacy statement. Click ‘OK’.
    3. Follow the prompts and save to submit your registration.

Note: Your application to become a referral agent will be assessed by the department, and you will be advised of the outcome within 1-2 weeks.
