Register as a Play On! Sports Vouchers referral agent
Referral agents help eligible children and young people access a Play On! Sports Voucher when they have a disability or need genuine financial assistance to participate in organised sport.
Who can become a referral agent?
You may be eligible to register as a referral agent if you work with children and young people through an organisation that supports families or the community.
Before applying, make sure you meet the referral agent eligibility requirements.

Eligibility
Check if you’re eligible to be a Play On! referral agent.
How to register
- Register online using your official work email address. If you already have an account linked to your work email, simply login.
- Complete your user profile and read the privacy statement, if creating a new account.
- If you are directed to the voucher application page, go to apply for a voucher; or if you are on the 'Select Account Type' screen, click ‘Register’ under 'Individual Account' and follow the next steps:
- Click ‘Apply’ next to register as a referral agent.
- Open and read the privacy statement. Click ‘OK’.
- Follow the prompts and save to submit your registration.
Your application will be assessed by the department, and you'll be advised of the outcome within 1 to 2 weeks.
Once you're approved
Once your application has been approved, you can:
- apply for vouchers on behalf of eligible families
- send voucher applications to families to complete themselves
- manage your referrals and view your voucher history through your account.
