Applying for and using Play On! Sports Vouchers

If you’re a Queensland parent, carer or guardian, you can apply for a voucher of up to $200 for your child to use for sporting memberships, registration or participation fees with a registered activity provider.

How to apply for a Play On! Sports Voucher

When a round is open, parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $200 for their child, which can be used in winter or summer towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees with a registered activity provider. There is a limit of 1 voucher per child per financial year.

Read and understand the Play On! voucher application terms and conditions.

Follow the steps to apply for a voucher.

1. Check your eligibility

2. Find an activity provider

Use the Play On! Sports Vouchers activity provider directory to find an approved provider.

Your Sports Voucher can only be used for:

  • membership
  • registration
  • participation fees.

Vouchers do not cover equipment or uniforms. It’s also important to note that if the fees are more than $200, you will need to pay the difference.

If you have a club or organisation in mind for your child/young person and they are not currently listed on the Play On! Sports Voucher activity provider directory, you can approach the club direct to encourage them to register.

3. Register an account

Register for an Enquire account as a parent, carer or guardian before you apply for a voucher. This is only required once, so if you registered for an account in 2025, you don’t need to register again.

4. Apply for a Play On! Sports Voucher

Once you have an Enquire account, log in.

You will then:

  • Select Play On! Sports Vouchers program – apply for a Play On! Sports Voucher
  • Accept the privacy statement and confirm child’s address to continue
  • Confirm if you are applying with a Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)
  • Follow the next steps to complete application.

You will need your child’s Medicare card to apply.

If you are applying with a Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) you will need those details along with your Medicare Card to apply.
