Applying for and using Play On! Learn to Swim vouchers
Applications for Play On! Learn to Swim vouchers are now open for eligible families with a valid Health Care or Concession card
How to apply for a Play On! Learn to Swim voucher
When applications are open, eligible parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child to participate in swimming lessons with a registered Play On! Learn to Swim activity provider. A maximum of one voucher is available for each eligible child per financial year.
Read and understand the Play On! Learn to Swim terms and conditions.
1. Check your eligibility
2. Find an activity provider
Use the Play On! Learn to Swim activity provider directory to find an approved provider.
Your voucher can only be used for:
- membership
- registration
- participation fees.
Your voucher can’t be used for individual items and additional costs, including but not limited to swimmers, goggles, swimming equipment and travel costs.
A Play On! Learn to Swim Voucher can only be used once.
If your child's eligible swimming fees are less than $150, the voucher will cover the full amount. Any money left over can't be refunded, transferred or used for another activity.
If your child's eligible swimming fees are more than $150, you'll need to pay the remaining amount yourself.
If you have a swimming lesson provider in mind for your child and they are not currently listed on the Play On! Learn to Swim activity provider directory, you can approach the organisation to encourage them to register.
3. Register an account
Register for an Enquire account as a parent, carer or guardian before you apply for a voucher. This is only required once, so if you have previously registered for an account, you don’t need to register again.
