Register for dispute resolution training

Fill out this form to apply for any of the courses offered by the Dispute Resolution Branch.

Once submitted, you will be issued a receipt for your payment and we will email you within 2 days to confirm your place in your selected course(s).

A concession price is available for full time students, pension card holders and students enrolled in the Conflict Management and Resolution program at James Cook University.

You will need to supply evidence to support your concession request, and these attachments must be less than 5MB.

Our fees and charges increase on 1 July each year. On 1 July 2023 our fees and charges were increased by 3.4% in line with Government’s indexation policy. You can contact us to find out details about specific fees, charges or prices.

      3. Day 1—activities, discussions and short role plays on agenda setting, exploration, private sessions, option generation, negotiation and agreement writing.
        Day 2—coached role plays enabling you to experience and practise the entire mediation process.
        Day 3—National Mediator Accreditation assessment.
