This course is a prerequisite to the Mediation level 2 certificate of assessment course, which is the second step to becoming nationally accredited. You must enrol in Mediation level 2 within 12 months of completing Mediation level 1.

Delivery: In person (Brisbane city) and online
When: 14–18 September 2026
Time: 6 days full-time (46 hours in total)

  • 1 day online (8 hours)
  • 5 days in person (38 hours)

Who can enrol

You can enrol in Mediation Level 1 certificate of training if you are interested in training in mediation skills and/or conflict resolution.

How to enrol

Step 1: Complete the application form

Start the online form

Step 2: Upload proof for the concession price (if needed)

If you're applying for the concession price, upload proof like your student ID or pension card. Files must be less than 5MB.

Step 3: Pay the fee

You must pay the fee to secure your place in the training.

Step 4: Receive enrolment confirmation

After you submit the online form, you will be issued a receipt for your payment.

We will email you within 3 business days to confirm your spot in the course.
