Terms and conditions
A minimum number of attendees is required to run training activities. We will close a course to registrations to meet these training needs. If the course you request is full, or closed, you can:
- apply for a different date
- be on a standby list
- request a refund which will take 5—7 working days.
You can request a refund up to 2 weeks before the course commencement date.
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) is collecting your personal information for the purpose of processing your request for training. Your payment details will be provided to Smart Services Queensland and the Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation to process your payment.
