  • corporate groups—legal, human resources and employee relations
  • health sector groups—nurses, doctors, carers
  • local councils and government.

What you can expect from our training

Group training with us will:

  • develop your workplace mediation skills
  • build your workplace skills in facilitation and negotiation
  • equip your staff with skills to manage difficult conversations/behaviour
  • enhance your customer service
  • support your career progression.

Cost of group training

Discounts are available for your group when we deliver a course at your venue/office—please contact us to discuss your group training options.

We make sure every trainee gets an opportunity to practise their new skills through role playing and receives personalised feedback from our coaches who are experienced dispute resolution practitioners.

For Mediation level 1 our trainee numbers are:

  • For our solo mediation model:
    • Two trainers —the participant numbers need to be divisible by three, i.e. our minimum is 6 and our maximum is 15.
  • For our co-mediation model:
    • Two trainers—the participant numbers need to be divisible by four, i.e. our minimum is 8 and our maximum is 16.

For our other courses training works best with numbers from 9 to 24.

On-site at your location

We can train your group at your office or ours. If training is at your location, you provide your own catering and facilities.
