Plead guilty
Thank you
You’ve completed your guilty plea online. Your form will be placed before the magistrate for consideration on your court date. A copy of your form will also be provided to the Queensland Police Service.
If the magistrate requires you to appear in person, we will write to you to let you know the date and time.
If the magistrate accepts your guilty plea, the State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) will send you 2 letters to let you know about:
- any fine you have to pay
- the offender levy you owe.
It may take up to 7 days after the court date for SPER to send these letters to you.
If you have any questions, contact the relevant Magistrates Court registry.
