Privacy and consent statement
The Dispute Resolution Branch, Department of Justice is collecting your personal information, including:
- your name and contact information
- your dietary and reasonable adjustment requirements
- optionally, information about your employee status.
We are collecting your personal information to:
- register you for dispute resolution training and to contact you about this
- add you to our newsletter mailing list, if requested
- analyse our audience to improve our training promotions.
If the information requested is not provided, we may not be able to confirm your place at the training.
Your payment details will be provided to Smart Services Queensland and the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business to process your payment.
We will not give your personal information to anyone else or use your personal information for any other purpose unless we are authorised or required under an Australian law, or a court or tribunal order to do so. You can find our privacy policy on the Justice website.
