Domestic and family violence during pregnancy
Domestic and family violence can start or get worse when you're pregnant. It isn’t always physical — it can include coercive, controlling or emotionally harmful behaviour.
Many health services, including maternity hospitals, have social workers and counsellors. They can explain your rights and help you get the support and protection you need.
