Resource user for an end of waste code

Some end of waste (EOW) codes require, as a condition, that a person who intends to use a resource must notify the chief executive of the intention of becoming a resource user under the Waste Reduction and Recycling Act 2011. Such notification may be made to the chief executive by completing and submitting this notification form.
