Community-based Crime Action grants: Applications now open

Round 4 applications for the Queensland Government’s 2023–24 Community-based Crime Action (CBCA) grants opened on 2 April 2024, with up to $5 million in funds available for communities across Queensland.

One-off grants of up to $75,000 are available for short-term community-led projects aimed at supporting young people who are at risk of offending or involved in the youth justice system.

Local businesses and community organisations are encouraged to collaborate with the Queensland Government in developing initiatives that respond to localised crime issues with community-led, culturally responsive prevention and early intervention programs.

By developing projects that align with the needs of young people, their families and the broader community, we can make a difference and help young people rebuild their lives and connection with community.

Applications close 11.59pm, 29 April 2024.
