Departmental strategic plans

Viewing the strategic plans of Queensland Government departments can help the ICT industry understand departments’ requirements, which will help them position and market their products and services.

Queensland Government departments produce annual strategic plans to ensure the programs and services they provide continue to be appropriate within a rapidly changing environment.

Strategic plans provide long-term direction and bring together all aspects of planning into one process. Operational business plans are based on these strategic plans.
