Pay your Cdec oath or affirmation of office fee
Before you can perform the functions of your role as a Commissioner for Declarations (Cdec) in the community, you need to take an oath or affirmation of office and pay the registration fee.
If you have taken your oath or affirmation in front of a Justice of the Peace (JP) or another Cdec, you will need to send us your signed form and pay your fee.
If you take your oath or affirmation at a courthouse, they usually take your payment while you are there—so you will not have to use this payment system.
Pay the fee
You can use this service to pay your fee online using a valid Visa or Mastercard. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a receipt and process your application.
