Charity and fundraising forms
On this page you'll find forms for charities and fundraising. Using these forms is a requirement of the Collections Act 1966.
Apply online to register a charity or for a sanction (approval) to fundraise for a community purpose or one-off appeal.
Fee: Nil
If you're already registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), you don't need to also register with us. However, you must notify us of your ACNC registration before starting to fundraise.
