Queensland Intermediary Scheme
The Queensland Intermediary Scheme (QIS) aims to overcome communication barriers and create a more accessible justice system by facilitating the communication of evidence that may not otherwise be heard. The QIS is one of a number of special measures to help vulnerable witnesses.

Court Link
Court Link is an integrated court assessment, referral and support program. It assists participants by connecting them with treatment and support services to address housing, employment, drug and alcohol, health and other social needs.

Interpreter services
Queensland Courts provide third party interpreter services to assist people who have difficulty communicating:
- English interpreters
- Sign language interpreters.

Protect all children today (PACT)
PACT is a dedicated group of professionally supported volunteers that supports victims of crime. Volunteers are trained to assist you before, during and after the court proceedings.
