Temporary relocation guide

This information guide is useful for:

1. Patients who have been referred to the Queensland Liver Transplant Service (QLTS) at the Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) in Brisbane for transplant assessment but who are not on the transplant waiting list, and their families.
2. Patients who have completed liver transplant assessment and who are on—or have received advice that they are soon to be placed on—the QLTS transplant waiting list; and their families.
3. Hospital and Health Services (HHS) throughout Queensland that manage the Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS).
