They need to:

We cannot supply witnesses for you.
An interpreter
If you or your partner do not speak or understand English, you will need to bring along an interpreter to the ceremony.
An interpreter can be either:
or
- someone who understands and speaks both languages and is not one of the people getting married or one of the witnesses.
Your celebrant will ask them to sign a statutory declaration of their ability to interpret on the day of your ceremony.
