Use this form to request a free vegetation management report or map.

We'll email you the report or map as a PDF. The average file size for a map is 300KB, and vegetation management property reports may be up to 5MB.

Maps and reports are usually sent within 3 business days, depending on the volume of enquiries.

Read the descriptions of the report and map types to make sure you're requesting the right documents.
