Renew a Companion Card online
Complete the application form online using your Digital ID to renew an expired or expiring Companion Card.
This form should take 15 minutes to complete.
Before you start, make sure you know:

You'll need to log in using your Digital ID. Not sure you have one? Log in to start and we'll help you create one.
Your progress will be saved. Your draft will remain available for 14 days. You can access them by returning to this page or via the Service portal. Sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
